🧑‍🚀 Your mission:
While working within the customer success team, you will be at the border of product, engineering and customer success.

Your will:

  • Build processes and content to support our customers in their use of our product

  • Participate in onboarding our clients

  • Work alongside the product team and the engineering team to create a strong user feedback loop

  • Be proactive in building tools and processes to facilitate our customer support

  • Analyze your data to rationalize your efforts and make sure we are on track

Profil recherché

  • You speak French with a native level, and you english fluently

  • You are searching for an end of studies internship that might lead to a full time position

  • You are available to start in September

  • You come from a business school or an IAE

  • You understand the startup ecosystem, and you are familiar with the use of growth tools that can help you build processes and solutions efficiently
