Your role

With the Growth team based in Paris, you'll contribute to the acquisition of PayFit's clients by generating new opportunities for our Sales teams via paid acquisition channels.

Your missions

  • Support global performance marketing on our paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta etc.) for our international markets Spain, Germany and the UK.
  • Analyze and optimize the performance of our campaigns using tools such as Excel, Looker and our BI tools.
  • Explore and test new acquisition channels, tools and strategies to grow our clientele
  • Work with our local stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and the communication around it
  • Coordinate across teams on projects related to performance marketing
  • Assist in launching A/B tests and measuring the results
