Location :
Flexible location: work remotely from anywhere in France

What you’ll be doing

Responsible for deploying the content strategy towards our customers from awareness to decision stage to build pipeline & drive revenue, with both global and local approach.

You will initially focus on the French market while collaborating with UK and Spanish teams to ensure successful deployment across regions.

Content Creation & Implementation

  • Participate in the elaboration of the strategy and the execution of customer marketing content strategy & plan across all markets (France, UK and Spain)
  • Execute and monitor the roadmap while respecting deadlines and adjusting priorities as needed
  • Create compelling multi-format content that drive customer engagement: webinars, newsletters, tutorial videos, emails, articles, slack content, etc
  • Write all communications for our customers: newsletters, emails, nurture workflows, etc

Cross-Market Collaboration

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all markets to facilitate knowledge sharing: marketing, brand, CS, PMM, Product teams
  • Partner with local teams to understand market-specific customer journeys and product experiences
  • Support local content marketing manager in applying the global customer content marketing strategy according to the market objectives and adapt it
We’d love to meet you with
  • Minimum 2 years of experiences in content, preference in B2B and in high technology company software or SaaS
  • A first experience in deploying content strategy to drive customer education & satisfaction, according to the market objectives
  • A first experience in working closely with Customer & Product teams, and other marketing functions (Customer marketing, Product marketing, Brand…)
  • Ability to combine global and local approach
  • Ability to analyze content performance with a data-driven approach, and propose concrete optimizations
  • Ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on business needs and urgency
  • Excellent writing skills and creative mindset to produce engaging content that impacts our target
  • Very good level of English to communicate with your international colleagues (teams in UK and Spain)
