Campus Management & Talent Acquisition Specialist, Western Europe

 

This opportunity is open to students looking for an apprenticeship contract of 12 months - 2 years.

Start date - September 2024

 

As a Talent Acquisition & Campus Specialist you will support the talent strategy in the Western Europe (WEEU) cluster, specifically supporting our HQ hirings for France, Spain and Portugal. You will be driving the full life cycle recruitment process of campus in partnership with the cluster's leadership team. You will also coordinate the development and execution of strategic initiatives for the HQ's candidate and employee experience, including campus relations, international talent acquisition.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING & LEARNING

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Manager to provide exceptional candidate experiences throughout the recruitment journey across France and Iberia. Your dedication will ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.
  • Conduct in-depth screenings to assess candidates' interests, qualifications, and compensation expectations. Your attention to detail will help us identify the best talent for our organization.
  • Take the lead in creating our campus management program, cultivating strong relationships with key schools in France. Your efforts will pave the way for future collaborations and talent pipelines.
  • Work closely with management to navigate recruitment challenges and ensure a seamless process for candidates. Your proactive approach will help us overcome any obstacles along the way.
  • Drive initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion within our recruitment efforts. Your contributions will help create a more inclusive workplace where every individual feels valued and respected.
