Property & Network Director, Western Europe

As Property & Network Director for Western Europe, you will be responsible to plan and direct all aspects of the Pandora’s real estate function and work with the regional management team as well as the Global property team to determine a business and store development strategy for O&O stores in Western Europe. You will also supervise all services & tasks related to property management including store design, maintenance, planning, budgets, office management. In this role, we will report to the Global Property VP and the Western Europe GM. You will manage a team of 10 people.
Core Responsibilities
· Define the property development strategy for the Western Europe cluster to support Pandora’s growth ambition
· Be responsible for the real estate selection and leasing process for all of Pandora’s retail stores in Western Europe (France, Spain and Portugal).
· Maintain a pipeline of future locations for Pandora stores
· Accomplish financial targets by negotiating new leases and lease renewals for all O&O stores, as well as office locations, working closely with Legal
· Supervise and plan all repair & maintenance activities with vendors
· Maintain close relationships with key partners such as mall leasing executives, suppliers, offices landlords, and industry players
· Be an active member of the Western Europe leadership team
· Manage the property team in France & Spain & Portugal
· Ambassador for PANDORA values of We Dream, We Dare, We Care and We Deliver to guide behaviors towards staff, partners, customers and suppliers.

Profile description:
· 10+ years major shopping center or Retailer Leasing experience in similar job areas
· Knowledge of Major metropolitan markets and Shopping centers on a national level
· Strong leasing & negotiation skills
· Management experience of intercultural teams
· Stakeholder management, business partnering and influencing in a matrix organization
· Fluent English, French and Spanish are a plus
· Strong organizational skills
· Flexibility and ability to multitask and prioritize
· Abilibity to work in a fast paced evolving environment
· Passion for developing and leading teams
· Ability to travel regionally on a regular basis
· Extensive experience of working with an international brand in a collaborative matrix organization
