Ghislain is a non-conformist who has always been on the move and broken codes. As a free spirit, he refuses to be confined in boxes.
During his studies, which hardly fascinated him, he packed his bag and moved to Ireland, more for the beer than for the climate. He entered Xerox through the back door and for six years climbed the sales team ladder, always striving to offer a seamless service to his key account customers.
But for this Brest native and lover of the sea, being an islander imposes too many limits. And Ghislain prefers to have the choice of his constraints.
Before returning to the mainland, he spent six months backpacking around South East Asia.
On his return, he joined a consulting firm, which he left after having worked for 1 ½ years. His experience, while enriching, gave him the desire to offer freelancers an alternative that was totally opposed to current practices. He founded his first consulting company.
Oyesk is his second project, and he wants it to be like him: simple, transparent and non-conformist. To align all the planets, he surrounded himself with a team of experts in their fields, to accompany the employees in their daily lives.
Manon is passionate. After a degree in labor law, she joined Technology & Strategy in a work-study program for her master's degree in HR management. Graduated, Manon joines a leading recruitment company where she discoveres freelancing, which is a revelation for her!
She brings her dynamism and joie de vivre to the Oyesk team since the very beginning of the adventure. It is important to her to be available and involved with her entire network, from consultants to partners. Small in size but big in sharing!
Benjamin is curious by nature and a jack-of-all-trades: Plastic arts (drawing, painting, sculpture) History, Geopolitics, Sciences (astronomy, biology, electronics)...
True autodidact in all the fields he is passionate about, his curiosity made him take a professional u-turn.
After a D.U. maxillofacial prosthesis, a CAP in dental prosthesis and 15 years in the business, Benjamin is retraining in IT! He enrolled in online Java developer courses and two years later joined the Oyesk adventure.
It is a real pleasure for him to join the team at the beginning and to be able to participate in the creation of the new platform.
After a degree in Information and Communication and two internships in a bar dedicated to video games (her passion) and a cultural center, Lucie joins a master's degree specialized in the creation of digital projects.
In search of valorization of her skills and professional experience, she joins Oyesk in July 2021 as a work-study basis student. From the elaboration of a strategy and a communication plan to their implementation, her missions allow her to apply the knowledge and skills she acquired at the university while integrating a company that values her ideas and initiatives.
Concretely, her missions are the creation of visual communication supports, the management of social media, the definition of an editorial line in order to increase the visibility of Oyesk and many others.
After a degree in Information and Communication and 3 years as a TV reporter, change of life. Lorène is doing an M2 in HR Management in a car supplier while raising her son.
From journalism to HR, from the automotive industry to freelancing, it is curiosity and the taste for challenge that guides her in all her choices.
By joining Oyesk at its creation, she takes her first steps in a new universe in startup mode, where things go very fast, decisions are taken in team and especially, where the human being is at the heart of all the attentions. Finally, a bit of softness in the rough world of HR! Lorène accompanies consultants in the implementation of their contracts, advises them on the subtleties of French law, facilitates payroll management and administrative procedures and guides them to take advantage of Oyesk benefits.
Born in Moselle, Lorène has always dreamed of Ardèche (and promotes it to anyone who will listen!). One day she will move there! Project made possible thanks to the full remote.
