The Role

We’re hiring a Growth & Revenue Lead to own the commercial levers that drive marketplace growth:

  • paid acquisition

  • conversion optimisation

  • SEO - Organic Growth & Discovery (Search + AI Visibility)

  • inbound owner lead generation

This is a role about measurable outcomes, not disconnected campaigns.

Because we are a British business with a high percentage of French owners and guests, you must be fully bilingual (native-level) in both French and English.

Your Mission

Drive profitable growth by owning both:

  • bookings revenue growth from guests

  • inbound acquisition of new property owners

What You’ll Do

  • Run performance marketing across Google and Meta (with agency support where needed)

  • Improve conversion across the booking funnel (CRO, landing pages, testing)

  • Own organic growth priorities and SEO direction

  • Build the inbound engine for owner lead generation

  • Work closely with teams in the UK, France and across the world

  • Report clearly on what’s working, what isn’t, and why

Success Looks Like

  • bookings growth vs target

  • ROAS, CAC, LTV

  • conversion rate improvements

  • marketing-qualified owner leads generated

  • clear weekly performance visibility
