We’re hiring a Growth & Revenue Lead to own the commercial levers that drive marketplace growth:
paid acquisition
conversion optimisation
SEO - Organic Growth & Discovery (Search + AI Visibility)
inbound owner lead generation
This is a role about measurable outcomes, not disconnected campaigns.
Because we are a British business with a high percentage of French owners and guests, you must be fully bilingual (native-level) in both French and English.
Your Mission
Drive profitable growth by owning both:
bookings revenue growth from guests
inbound acquisition of new property owners
What You’ll Do
Run performance marketing across Google and Meta (with agency support where needed)
Improve conversion across the booking funnel (CRO, landing pages, testing)
Own organic growth priorities and SEO direction
Build the inbound engine for owner lead generation
Work closely with teams in the UK, France and across the world
Report clearly on what’s working, what isn’t, and why
