The position

Job description

Your main responsibilities
• Handle partner requests in B2B relationships (business-oriented approach with partners familiar with the internal OVHcloud environment)
• Participate in onboarding sessions for new Advance Partners (Establish initial contact between the Advance Partner and support; define best practices in terms of interaction with teams)
• Participate in Annual Business Reviews (Review in collaboration with the Sales Account Partner team and share with the Advance Partner the framework for a meeting: Review of best practices; Key figures; Turnover)
• Use your technical skills and potential to quickly identify and resolve issues encountered by our customers on products in different areas such as Telecom, Web, or Cloud
• Provide support for customer requests using a multi-channel strategy (email/phone/chat)
• Process and analyze partner requests forwarded after an initial diagnosis
• Escalate and follow up on requests requiring more in-depth expertise
• Implement the quality policy defined by the company

Your future impact

In 6 months
• You will have mastered a new range of technical products
• You will manage complex cases (escalations, campaigns, etc.)
• You will be comfortable with B2B customer relations, in accordance with OVH Cloud’s internal quality requirements

And in one year
• You will have developed expertise in the products you have been trained on
• You will be able to understand new products/areas
• You will be responsible for new tasks (supporting new employees, contributing to support projects, taking charge of billing)

Required skills:
• Good knowledge of technologies and methods in your product area
• Required fluent French and English level: B2-C1 (minimum)
• Genuine technical curiosity and interest in new environments
• Desire to develop skills in other areas (Telecom/Web/Cloud)
• Interpersonal skills, listening skills, and customer service skills
• Analytical and synthesis skills
