The position

Job description

As a Content Project Leader, you’re the backbone of each project. From kick-off to final delivery, you carry the operational memory: client preferences, creative intentions, past iterations. You connect creative, production, and client, ensuring clarity, structure, and ownership at every step

Your Missions

Project Manager
You provide the structure and rhythm that allow creativity to thrive. You align expectations, anticipate friction points, and keep projects moving with confidence.

  • Roll out briefs and manage day-to-day client relationships

  • Track timelines, resources, budgets, and decisions

  • Anticipate and solve blockers before they escalate

  • Document key decisions to ensure continuity across all stages

Production Supervision
You work hand-in-hand with the Producer to keep execution smooth and sharp. As the living archive of the project, you carry context, feedback, and creative intentions through every phase.

  • Supervise all production phases (shoots, editing, delivery, and budget alignment)

  • Oversee post-production follow-up, including:

    • Managing internal and client feedback loops

    • Ensure every stakeholder has the latest context

    • Coordinating final approvals

    • Supervising format adaptation across platforms

    • Archiving and organizing deliverables for future use


Preferred experience

Being a great Content Project Leader is about clarity, confidence, and connection. You’re process-driven but flexible, creative yet in control. You bring energy and focus to every phase, giving each contributor the right context at the right time. Fast-paced environments energize you — you move fast, never sloppy.

  • Fluent in French and English

  • Interest in AI and emerging tools that enhance creative workflows

  • Adaptable, energetic, detail-oriented, and confident working across hybrid teams with a solution-driven mindset.

  • Strong digital fluency, especially in social-first, 360 product launch campaigns and content-driven formats

  • Genuine interest in automotive industry, action, sport, luxury
    Comfortable with tools like Google Suite, Slack, Notion, Adobe Suite

  • Background in agency, content studio, or hybrid production environments

The ideal candidate must have 2+ years of experience in global brand or product marketing campaigns, a love for mobility and motor industries.
