The position

Job description

Opinum is looking for a Project Manager with development or scripting experience to join the Opinum project team. Responsibilities include leading projects to their completion while keeping customers’ satisfaction at their highest. You will be the central point of contact for customers that have decided to opt for Opinum Data Hub. You will need to understand their needs, see how our solution could fit their requirements and plan the project execution.

Target customers are small to large-size companies active in the energy & environmental sector across Europe.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Determine and define project scope and objectives

  • Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects

  • Validate project budget with the sales team

  • Achieve successful kick-offs and present objectives and planning to the stakeholders

  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan

  • Commit on deliverables

  • Monitor progress and manage adjustments to scope, schedule and costs with all the stakeholders

  • Track project costs in order to meet that budget

  • Manage relationships and contracts with integrators within the project

  • Be the Single Point of Contact for the customer, and maintain excellent relations

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

  • Measure performance to identify areas of improvement

  • Report and escalate to management as needed


Preferred experience

We’re looking for people who have:

  • Experience in IT and cloud projects

  • Experience in development or scripting

  • Outstanding organizational and analytical skills, with attention to details

  • Focused on creative problem-solving, with excellent issue resolution skills

  • A verifiable track record of consistently meeting and exceeding revenue goals

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Resilient and multitasks

  • Experience in the energy industry is a strong asset

  • Fluent in French and English

  • Strong familiarity with Office, Project Management and collaborative tools
