Job description

We are looking for a motivated and passionated candidate who is eager to learn, likes challenges and who would like to work in a start-up work environment, incubated in an international group. You will report to the Responsible of Marketing and Communication of Ontex Digital Factory.
The goal is to enhance the added value of our expertise to our Ontex worldwide community so we can accompany our Ontex colleagues in delivering qualitative and efficient digital products and services.

This position will allow you to upgrade your knowledge about the digital environment from a behind-the-scenes angle. Your level of autonomy will increase gradually.

Your responsabilities will be as follows:

  • Define a marketing and communication plan and execute it
  • Creation and organization of various internal events (monthly team meeting, webinar, Get together, Christmas time,…)
  • Creation, update and management of communication supports (infography, video, internal documents,…)
  • Project management: schools partnerships, website, social media,…
  • Content writing: newsletter, intranet, communication emails,….

Your ideas are also more welcome! We do encourage an entrepreneur mindset.

Preferred experience

  • Business or Communication school Bac +4/5.
  • A first experience in project management is a plus.
  • Always thinking about the audience/ the user first.
  • Creative and dynamique
  • Organized, rigourous and proactive
  • You are a master in the use of Adobe tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects.
  • Fluent in English

Recruitment process

  1. First interview over the phone for 30 min
  2. Second interview in our office to meet the team and get to know the work environment
