This is a brand-new role where you’ll guide top talent, drive technical excellence, and shape the direction of products that are already thriving, and expanding into new markets.

🌟 What You’ll Do

  • Lead & Inspire: Guide our core engineering team with mentorship, coaching, and vision. Build a culture of innovation, ownership, and collaboration.
  • Shape the Product: Work closely with the CTO, Product Managers, and cross-functional leaders to align engineering strategy with business growth.
  • Drive Performance: Monitor engineering health metrics (Sentry, Grafana, pull request lead times, SLA adherence), ensuring code quality and reliability.
  • Deliver Impact: Oversee execution of B2B projects from roadmap to release, guaranteeing stable, predictable delivery cycles.
  • Grow Talent: Participate in hiring, onboarding, and developing engineers, creating career growth plans and fostering continuous learning.
  • Accelerate Growth: Align technical decisions with business objectives such as market expansion, customer acquisition, retention, and monetization.
  • Collaborate: Bridge engineering, product, sales, and customer success to deliver solutions that move the needle for our customers.
  • Continuously Improve: Lead incident resolution, drive postmortems, and implement improvements to ensure operational excellence and sustainable growth.

🧠 What You Bring

  • Proven experience leading engineering teams in SaaS, telecom, or tech-driven B2B environments.
  • Strong background in server-side architecture and scalable systems.
  • Familiarity with monitoring & performance tools (Grafana, Sentry, etc.).
  • A strategic mindset — you think in terms of both code and business impact.
  • Experience hiring, mentoring, and developing engineering talent.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • A passion for building not just products, but high-performing, happy teams.
