🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

💡 Lead & Inspire – Build and guide a strong engineering team through mentorship, coaching, and clear direction. Create a culture of ownership, trust, and high standards.
🧭 Shape the Product – Work closely with the CTO, Product Managers, and leadership to align engineering with business growth.
📊 Drive Performance – Keep a close eye on system health and engineering metrics (Sentry, Grafana, PR lead times, SLAs) to ensure quality and reliability.
🚀 Deliver Impact – Own execution from roadmap → release, ensuring predictable, stable delivery cycles.
👥 Grow Talent – Hire, onboard, and develop engineers. Build growth paths and help people level up.
📈 Accelerate Growth – Make technical decisions that directly support expansion, acquisition, retention, and monetisation.

• Proven experience leading engineering teams in SaaS, telecom, or B2B environments

• Strong background in backend architecture and scalable systems

• Experience with monitoring and performance tools (Grafana, Sentry, etc.)
