The position

Job description

The CMO will lead Onoff’s marketing transformation, combining creativity, product excellence, and data-driven performance to deliver measurable growth across Onoff Business (B2B), positioning Onoff as a premium, human-centered European brand.

1. Build Onoff’s Growth Engine
Design and execute scalable acquisition, activation, and retention strategies.
Own performance marketing, SEO/ASO, CRM, and lifecycle automation to drive measurable growth (CAC, LTV, churn).

2. Strengthen Product–Marketing Synergy
Work closely with Product and Tech teams to craft clear value-based narratives and deliver impactful go-to-market strategies for every product launch.

3. Architect and Elevate the Brand
Create a unified brand system across all product lines and craft a strong, human identity that resonates across B2B and B2C audiences.
Lead content, PR, and communication initiatives to position Onoff as a leading European neo-telecom brand.

4. Build and Scale the Team
Lead and mentor a marketing team of 6–8 people. Foster collaboration, accountability, and a test-and-learn culture.
Select and manage top-performing agencies and partners (PR, SEA/SEO, creative, media).

5. Lay the Foundations for Sustainable Growth (First 12 Months)

  • Deliver a unified brand architecture and refreshed visual identity.

  • Launch future product.

  • Build marketing performance dashboards and KPIs (CAC, CPL, ARR, CAC/LTV, retention).

  • Structure marketing operations and tech stack (CRM, automation, analytics).


Preferred experience

  • Experience: 10+ years in senior marketing roles in SaaS, tech, or app-based environments; proven experience leading growth or brand transformation.

  • Expertise: Product marketing, app growth, lifecycle marketing, analytics, and performance.

  • Leadership: Strategic yet hands-on. Able to scale, coach, and build from scratch.

  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial, analytical, creative, and execution-driven.

  • Language: Fluent in English and French (mandatory).

  • Telecom background is a plus; curiosity and adaptability are essential.
