Your day at NTT DATA
Drive the execution and success of the Modernisation campaign across the region, ensuring alignment with global + regional strategy and delivering measurable business outcomes through technology refresh initiatives, sales enablement, and pipeline growth.
Campaign Leadership:
Lead the regional (multivendor) Modernisation campaign, including planning, execution, and reporting of all related activities. Ensure alignment with global GTM strategy and best practices.
Sales Enablement & Reporting:
Develop and maintain dashboards and weekly reports to track campaign performance, pipeline health, and revenue targets. Provide actionable insights to management and country teams.
Opportunity Management:
Collaborate with country sales teams to identify modernization opportunities, drive accurate Salesforce tracking, and ensure campaign attribution for all relevant deals.
Client Engagement Support:
Coordinate creation of TLMA Express reports and other pre-sales assets to deliver value-driven client engagements. Ensure sales plays are embedded into client conversations.
Partner Collaboration:
Work closely with strategic partners (e.g., Cisco) to align sales plays, leverage enablement resources, and maximize joint go-to-market opportunities.
Training & Best Practice Sharing:
Support enablement sessions for regional teams and contribute to global knowledge sharing to replicate successful approaches across other regions.
Strong understanding of network modernization and lifecycle management.
Ability to manage complex campaigns across multiple countries.
Proficiency in Salesforce reporting and pipeline management.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strategic thinking combined with operational execution capability.
Growth in modernization-related pipeline and revenue.
Growth in TLMA related pipeline and wins
Growth in TLMA related pull through pipeline and conversion to wins
Accuracy and timeliness of campaign reporting.
Adoption of modernization sales plays by country teams.
Successful execution of enablement sessions and partner alignment.
