We are looking for a RPA Process Analyst to join our team in Paris.

Your role:

As a Process Analyst for the RPA (Robotic Process Automation) team, you will be in charge of coordinating different automation projects for our client’s internal processes. The role consists of understanding the current human-led process, the constraints that come from automation within the available resources (budget, planning, tools, expertise), and the current pain points that can be tackled through automation.  

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Project management: you will manage the automation project, including the developers, the subject matter experts, the communication with the applications’ MOA and with the data team.
• Context comprehension: you will manage several projects simultaneously, you must acquire all the necessary contextual knowledge from the subject matter experts to assure full understanding of their needs.
• Creation of logic diagrams for the processes to be automated.
• Gap analysis between the current human processes and the requirements for automation.
• Apps access management (within the project’s perimeter): access requests, API parameters, etc.
• KPI definition with the subject matter experts.
• Use case definition with the subject matter experts for the unitary tests phase .
