We are looking for a highly motivated Applied Innovation Program Associate to support the coordination and execution of our Global Applied Innovation Program.

The role will ensure structure, alignment, and execution discipline across multiple workstreams, supporting the Program Lead in driving strategic initiatives, preparing executive-level materials, and monitoring progress across regions.

This is a high-exposure role designed for early-career professionals who want to grow in innovation strategy and global program management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support preparation of global steering committees and executive updates
• Develop high-quality presentations and briefing materials
• Track program milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Coordinate cross-regional workstreams and ensure alignment
• Maintain action logs and ensure follow-up closure
• Support KPI definition and monitoring
• Synthesize inputs from multiple stakeholders into structured outputs
• Identify bottlenecks and escalate when necessary
• Reporting to: Global Applied Innovation Program Lead

Profile

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, program management, PMO, or strategy
• Strong structuring and presentation skills (PowerPoint excellence required)
• Highly organized with strong follow-through mindset
• Comfortable working in international environments
• Analytical and detail-oriented
• Proactive, accountable, and execution-driven
• Strong communication skills
