We are currently offering a Innovation and eGovernance internship in our Brussels office. This internship at NTT DATA will provide you with hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Join our Public Sector team to help design, build, and scale digital services across the EU. You’ll contribute to high-impact initiatives in the domains of Data Spaces, Digital Identity, Web 3 technologies, and digital trust infrastructure. If you’re curious, hands-on, and passionate about how technology can be built as a public good, we’d love to meet you.

Your role:

Conducting research on public sector innovations and eGovernance trends.

• Analyzing data to identify changes within digital transformation projects in International Organizations.
• Evaluating the impact of new technologies and policies on public administration processes.
• Contributing to digital strategies for public sector clients.

Assisting in the planning and execution of IT projects aimed at improving public sector efficiency.

• Supporting project managers with documentation, scheduling, and coordination tasks.
• Analyzing data to gather requirements and feedback.
• Providing technical support for the implementation of eGovernance solutions.
• Assisting in the development and testing of software applications tailored for public sector needs.
• Support in stakeholder engagement actions.

Support in the documentation and organization of technical material.

• Preparing presentations and reports.
• Content and documentation management.
• Contribute to the preparation of project deliverables, conducting research, analysis and content elaboration.

Your profile:

• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) and strong communication skills.
• Ideally, you are able to provide a University Agreement.
• You have a mixed profile, combining technical and social science knowledge (IT, political science, economics, international relations, business, etc..).
• Demonstrated interest in EU institutions and digital transformation of the public sector. Previous work experience/academic background related to the EU is a plus.
• You are familiar using MS Office (specifically, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
• You are a logical and creative thinker who is able to summarize information based on audience needs.
• You are a team player, self-starter with positive work attitude and who is able to thrive in a challenging environment.
