Aufgaben:

• Installation und Betreuung von IT-/TK-Systemen und -Applikationen.
• Analyse und Beseitigung von Systemfehlern remote und vor Ort - Konfiguration, Wartung und Datensicherung der installierten bzw. betreuten Systeme.
• Entstörung und Konfiguration von Netzwerkgeräten (Router, Switche, Firewalls, WLAN- Infrastruktur mit Accesspoints)).
• Beseitigen von Störungen in Data Center / Rechenzentren
• Sicherstellung der vorgegebenen Qualitätsstandards.
• Remote Support für Field Support Engineers Level1 und 2
• Technische und kaufmännische Dokumentation der erbrachten Leistungen.
• Teilnahme am Bereitschaftsdienst und der Rufbereitschaft.

Skills:

• Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder vergleichbar.
• Langjährige Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Funktion und mit Alcatel-Lucent Unified Communication Erfahrungen.
• Erfahrungen in der Konfiguration von Netzwerkgeräten (Router, Switche).
• Mindestens eine ACFE oder ACSE-Zertifizierung (Alcatel-Lucent)
• CCT/CCNA von Cisco oder weitere Zertifizierungen anderer Hersteller (Juniper, Fortinet, Checkpoint etc.) sind vorteilhaft.
• Erfahrungen mit dem Aufbau von strukturierten Netzwerk Verkabelungen in Bürogebäuden, Data Center/Rechenzentren.
• Strukturiertes und sorgfältiges Vorgehen, insbesondere bei der Problemanalyse
• Bereitschaft, sich einer erweiterten Sicherheitsüberprüfung mit Sicherheitsermittlungen (Ü2) auf Grundlage des Sicherheitsüberprüfungsgesetzes (SÜG) zu unterziehen
• Fließende Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse.
• Führerschein Klasse B nötig. Firmenfahrzeug auch zur privaten Nutzung.
