We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern to support our public sector and higher education digital initiatives. As part of our Brussels team, you will gain hands-on experience working on EU-level projects, improving the efficiency of student mobility by connecting IT systems of universities and service providers across Europe.

Your role:

Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering

• Participating in user consultations and taking clear, structured minutes.
• Assisting in gathering and analysing user requirements and feedback.

Creating and maintaining clear, well-structured project documentation.

• Supporting the preparation of project deliverables, reports, and presentations.
• Contributing to research, structured analysis, and content development.

Testing, UAT & Quality Assurance

• Supporting the preparation and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Assisting in the creation, organisation, and maintenance of test documentation, including UAT test cases.

Your profile:

• You are able to provide an University Agreement.
• Strong communication skills in English (C1 level both written and spoken).
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics)
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to structure information clearly.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable asking questions.
• Comfortable using MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• An interest in or basic understanding of concepts such as: Business processes, Use cases, Requirements gathering.
• An interest in or basic knowledge of testing, UAT, or QA principles.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly (e.g., Confluence, Jira, SharePoint).
• Able to work collaboratively in an international team environment.
• A positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
