We are looking for a highly talented Tech Producer to support and lead our amazingly talented Engine and tools team ****working on our recently announced Age of Bhaarat title. You will be working closely with the tech lead/director and production director to lead the production management by planning and executing milestone and sprint level commitments, any project level technology initiatives, and align on priorities with other feature teams to ensure the commitments are delivered on time
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee production management for the team ensuring that they have everything they need to deliver on the commitments
Set-up, maintain, and improve production processes and workflows
Owner of the product backlog and planning & execution of the same on a milestone and sprint level
Efficient monitoring and tracking of work progress and putting in place the right tools and methods for reporting
Proactively work on identifying and mitigating risks by working alongside the tech lead/director
Cross team relations management - ensure that needs expressed from tool / engine team with dependencies to other FTs are properly recorded, discussed, and prioritized for execution
Implement and/or improvement communication and collaboration systems to ensure there’s smooth collaboration between all dependent teams that you have to work with

5+ years of experience managing/leading technical teams
Strong leader with good organization and negotiation skills
Experience working with Google Workspace
Hands on experience with at least 1 project management tool
