Why do we need a Senior 3C Gameplay Programmer?
We’re looking for an experienced 3C programmer with strong expertise in implementing combat-related features within Unreal Engine, ideally in a multiplayer context. This person will work closely with other teams to understand their needs, contribute to architectural decisions, and develop robust, scalable solutions, all with the goal of delivering the best possible game feel
Your future team
You will join a project with 100 people (Gameplay Programmers, Designers, Artists, etc.) from multiple countries (Europe, Canada, USA…). The team is set to grow in the future!
All techs are supervised by Colin (Lead Tech) and you will work closely with him.
- Team composition: The team has 4 members
- Team work: Mostly with design, but with other GPP teams and animation team as well

Develop, optimize, and maintain core gameplay systems related to Character, Controls, and Camera (3C), ensuring fluid and responsive player interactions.
Collaborate with designers and animators to fine-tune character movement, input systems, and camera behaviour for an exceptional player experience.
Mentor junior programmers, fostering best practices in 3C system development and real-time optimization.
Delivers at least one combat-related feature with a high level of technical quality and clear technical and user documentations
Demonstrates deep Unreal Engine expertise and actively supports the 3C team by sharing knowledge and best practices

2. Technical test (30 min) sent 30min before the Technical Interview.
3. Technical interview (45 min) via video call with Vincent (Lead Gameplay Programmer), Tushar (Lead Tech) and Théo (Associate Lead GPP 3C): To assess your technical skills and talk about your test
