Nomad is looking for a Senior Business Talent Acquisition Partner to help in our mission to make buying homes in EMEA ridiculously easy. While we can trade stocks, order cars, or book short-term stays seamlessly online, the process of buying a home across the region remains slow, paper-driven, and inefficient. We’re building an end-to-end experience to empower buyers to search, transact, and finance under one roof.
Our founding team consists of operational, engineering, and real estate professionals from Uber, Addepar, UberEats, PeerStreet and Guy Hoquet. We are also ex-Blackstone, Goldman Sachs, Gilt, General Assembly and Jump. We are a Series A company with rockstar investors including Comcast Ventures, Partech, Abstract Ventures, Precursor Ventures, WndrCo, and Class 5 Global.

At Nomad You Will 🛠️
- Define a sustainable and values-based talent acquisition strategy for our operations, marketing, business development, and sales teams across all of our markets
- Build out and manage a business talent acquisition team to reach recruiting targets
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to globally source the best business talent available
- Partner with hiring managers to define and understand job requirements
- Understand business needs in order to proactively pipeline talent and manage / prioritize recruitment for open vacancies
- Provide a world-class candidate experience to all applicants regardless of outcome; provide a seamless experience for all hiring managers
- Track and monitor recruitment data (e.g. diversity of hires, hiring manager and candidate feedback) to influence hiring decisions
What We Look For 🔍
- Passion for recruitment; a hands-on recruiter able to both think strategically and execute
- Proven recruitment and management experience at a fast-paced start-up for operations, marketing, business development, and sales roles
- Provides an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience across all roles
- Experience in managing full-cycle recruitment and able to learn complex markets quickly
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) and ease forming strong relationships at all levels
- Skilled in prioritising recruitment projects and activities; adaptable to shifting priorities
- An acute understanding of the challenges that come with recruiting talent in a demanding and fast-paced market; able to propose innovative ways of capturing passive talent
- A proactive self-starter who likes to think big picture and also get into the weeds
- A team player who works collaboratively with colleagues
- An empathetic, respectful person who seeks to bring others up and who is eager to help make Nomad Homes a superlative place to work
