You’ll join the Quality team within our Power Transmission (PWR-T) Organization, reporting to the Quality Director. Based in Oslo or Halden, you’ll work closely with Purchasing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Project Management teams across the globe. Together, we ensure that our suppliers meet the highest standards — because quality is at the core of everything we do. 

Your Mission

As Supplier Quality Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that our suppliers deliver products and services that are fit for purpose, on time, and to spec. You will:

 - Lead the supplier qualification and non-conformance processes

- Plan and conduct supplier audits and performance reviews

- Develop and maintain supplier quality procedures and KPIs

- Support tendering with Approved Vendor Lists (AVL) - Drive supplier development and risk mitigation initiatives - Collaborate across functions to ensure supplier excellence 

You’ll be a key player in building a high-performing, reliable supplier network that supports Nexans’ global projects. You boost your impact by actively promoting Quality and HSE.

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about quality and ready to make a difference. Ideally, you have:

  • A degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in QA, HSE, or risk management in manufacturing 
  • A Quality Auditor certification and hands-on audit experience
  • Strong knowledge of quality tools (8D, FMEA, etc.) and manufacturing processes - Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Fluency in English (Norwegian is a plus) -
