GROUP CSR PURCHASING PROJECT LEADER (APPRENTICE)

We are a small team within the group’s procurement department, responsible for defining, implementing, and monitoring supplier risk management processes related to Corporate Social Responsibility including environmental topics : group vigilance plan, carbon trajectory for scope 3, etc. We also contribute to the implementation of new European regulations such as the CSRD and the CS3D.

We work in conjunction with other services (compliance, sustainability, etc.), buyers, and CPOs of Regions all around the world. We lead due diligences for the group, propose mitigation plans to CPOs and monitor the CSR suppliers risks.

We are recruiting a Group CSR Purchasing project leader.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for initiating actions to collect and analyze information to ensure supplier compliance and identify CO reduction actions.

  • You will synthesize data to share best practices within the Regions and plants, while leading the environmental purchasing committee.

  • You will monitor, refine, and update the Scope 3 purchasing CO reduction roadmap.

  • You will interface with Key Account Managers to implement necessary actions with suppliers and monitor their execution.

Your Strengths:

  • You enjoy designing dashboards to track and monitor supplier actions, and you actively collaborate with Key Account Managers to drive roadmap progress.

  • You are detail-oriented, curious, proactive, and outgoing.

  • You have an understanding of compliance laws, with knowledge of one or more regulations related to due diligence or CSR compliance.

Education:

  • Master II in compliance / Sustainable development / Corporate Social Responsibility

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, proficiency in Power BI and PowerPoint

  • Basic Knowledge of contract law and compliance

  • Basic knowledge of Corporate Social Responsibility

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Desired Start Date: September 2026 for 1 year
