We are looking for a talented JS full-stack engineer to join the development of Impress, a cutting-edge SaaS platform dedicated to financial reporting, designed for scalability, security, and high performance — all within a remote-friendly environment.

In our engineering team we build the interfaces, data pipelines and architecture to provide our clients with the best user experience. Each member of our team designs, develops, tests, deploys and improves software. Your Missions & Activities 🎯

• Design, develop, and deliver innovative end-to-end features for Impress, our financial reporting SaaS platform, using modern JavaScript frameworks and technologies with a strong focus on user experience and backend reliability.  

• Collaborate closely with Designers and Product teams to craft intuitive, high-impact user experiences and ensure product-market fit.  

• Work within small, autonomous Pizza Teams (fewer than 7 people) to maintain full ownership and control over the entire development lifecycle.  

• Continuously optimize application performance, from fine-tuning API queries to improving front-end loading times.  

• Lead and execute migration projects from on-premises Dockerized environments to AWS cloud infrastructure, boosting system scalability, resilience, and operational excellence.  

• Strengthen platform security and regulatory compliance through regular security audits, DevOps best practices, and strict coding standards.  

• Maintain a clean, scalable, and high-quality codebase by enforcing rigorous testing (unit, integration, and E2E) across the entire development chain.

Your Profile 👩‍💻👨‍💻

• Graduate from an engineering school

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a SaaS environment

• Passionate about technology and eager to make a meaningful impact within the team

• Quick to adapt to new environments and capable of solving complex problems with autonomy

• Proactive, solution-driven mindset with strong ownership of responsibilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for collaborating within an international context — professional English proficiency is mandatory

• Interest in investment, financial markets, or asset management is a big plus — experience in a Fintech is great, but curiosity and the drive to learn matter just as much
