Namastay is looking for a Business & Operations Intern to join its leadership team 🚀🙏🏼This is a unique opportunity to join an early-stage startup with the ambition to change the world of hospitality through technology. 

We are looking for a dynamic and invested candidate to become a true driver and help us reach our full potential!

MISSIONS 👨‍💻

OPERATIONS

  • Recommendation, implementation and/or purchase of any solution/process that supports our rapid growth.

  • Work on diverse missions dependent on operational needs: performance monitoring, OKRs, benchmarking, document creation, office supplies…

  • Organise internal social events for our employees, in France and abroad.

  • Handling business-critical tools: Salesforce, Aircall, Notion, etc.

HR

  • Co-develop our recruitment strategy with our Chief of Staff.

  • Work on all stages of recruitment:  from CV screening, pipeline filling to onboarding.

  • Operational and administrative support to our employees.

  • Work with the leadership team to build our culture and make Namastay a great place to work.

FINANCE

  • Supporting missions to our Series A fundraising: document creation, legal research…

  • Ad-hoc missions related to our budget, business plan, invoicing, etc.

The goal of this internship is to provide functional support to our team to keep up with our rapid growth. It is a great opportunity for a business/communication student with an interest in HR/Finance/Operations to see from up close how a startup is born, how it operates and its daily problems…and successes! 

At Namastay, you will evolve in an environment where you can take initiatives, propose ideas, and have a real impact on the day-to-day life of the company 🎯+ you will have fun!

The successful candidate 🥇 will work closely with Charles, our Chief of Staff, and Namastay’s founding team!

JOB SPECS 

LOCATION : Paris with flexibility for remote working 📍

START DATE : January 2024 📅

COMPENSATION : Compensation to be determined according to candidate’s profile 💰

PERKS: Swile card (tickets resto), 50% of the Navigo pass reimbursed, team lunches & drinks, 1 day-off per month


Preferred experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS  🌟

  • Min. 3rd year of Bachelor 🎓

  • Outstanding written and oral English communication (French is a big plus)

  • Sense of organisation, prioritisation, and multitasking 

  • Interest in Operations / HR / Finance 

NICE TO HAVE  ✨

  • Hospitality industry knowledge 🏨

  • A strong interest in startups and new technologies
