What they are looking for in this position

Welii is looking for its first Finance & Ops Manager to take charge of the finance department in order to accompany the growth of the company.

Directly attached to the CEO, former CFO, you will be a real partner of confidence on the financial and operational stakes for all the stakeholders.

What you will do

• Lead the preparation of the Financial & KPI reports, Consolidations, Budgets, Forecasts, monthly financial analysis materials, & other ad hoc analyses as required.
• Provide decision support analysis for client projects in close collaboration with our Customer Success Manager
• Take ownership of other operational and administrative matters (billing, payroll, expenses, insurance, lease, etc.)
• Ensure reporting with all the company’s stakeholders
• Define, automate, develop and document operational and financial processes.

• You are currently finishing your master’s degree with a major in finance.
• You love solving complex problems and analyzing data.
• You are fluent in English. French is a plus.
• Well organized and sense of detail
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit and loves tackling new issues
• You have strong analytical and communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to work with remote teams.
• Ability to adapt and work independently on a daily basis
