• Supply & Operations sets the tempo by building our offer of venues and services and managing every stay from start to finish.

• Sales plays the melody around the world by connecting with clients, uncovering what matters to them, and shaping tailor-made experiences that inspire.

• Product & Marketing is our creative section, transforming user insights into product features and attracting new prospects through content and campaigns.

• Tech & Data lays the foundation by designing, developing, and maintaining the tools that drive our platform forward.

• Finance & Admin keeps the rhythm steady by managing finance, legal, HR, and daily operations with precision and care.

The Supply & Operations team plays a central role in delivering seamless client experiences and maintaining strong relationships with our partners.

Their work is organised around three main areas of responsibility:

• 1. Venue development They identify and onboard new venues suited to business events, guide hosts through the listing process, and maintain lasting partnerships with hospitality providers.

• 2. Service development They source and negotiate with trusted providers in catering, transport and activities, ensuring that every service offered meets our standards of quality and reliability.

• 3. Stay production They support clients throughout the planning process, coordinate all logistics, manage bookings and payments, and make sure every stay runs smoothly from start to finish.

• Tools used daily Naboo Back Office, Hubspot, Aircall, Notion and Slack.

The Sales team is dedicated to guiding clients towards the best possible experience, while contributing directly to the growth of Naboo. Their mission revolves around three key areas.

• 1. Advising prospects They help future clients identify the most suitable solutions for their seminar needs, including the ideal venue, catering options, team-building activities and transport arrangements.

• 2. Generating new business They actively seek out new prospects, often through the Naboo website which captures a wide range of event enquiries. These are then qualified and converted into commercial opportunities.

• 3. Expanding within existing accounts They work to grow Naboo’s presence inside companies that already use the platform, engaging with new teams and departments to scale adoption.

The Tech team is the engine behind the Naboo platform. Their work ensures that our product is robust, scalable and always aligned with the needs of both our users and internal teams. Their mission is structured around three key areas.

• 1. Feature development and maintenance The team designs, builds and maintains all the features available on the Naboo platform, ensuring they are reliable, user-friendly and continuously improved.

• 2. Infrastructure and scalability As Naboo grows, so does the need for a solid and scalable technical foundation. The Tech team manages servers, system architecture and data security to ensure high performance and maximum uptime.

• 3. Cross-functional collaboration Collaboration is core to how we work at Naboo. The Tech team works closely with Product, Marketing, Sales and Operations to understand their needs, translate them into technical solutions and deliver them efficiently.

The Product Marketing team is organised around four core missions.

• The Product team defines the strategy and vision of our platform. They analyse the market, gather user insights and work with internal teams to shape a roadmap that delivers real value.
• The Marketing team drives user acquisition through targeted campaigns, SEA, CRM, automation and performance tracking to ensure efficient and sustainable growth.
• The Content team creates high-quality, engaging content across all channels, reinforcing Naboo’s tone of voice, SEO and supporting traffic acquisition and brand awareness.
• The SDR team manages inbound requests, qualifies leads and transforms them into commercial opportunities, ensuring a smooth transition to the Sales team.

The Finance & Admin team ensures that Naboo runs smoothly behind the scenes. Their work is built around four key missions.

• They manage financial operations, from invoicing and payments to reporting and budget tracking.
• They ensure legal and regulatory compliance, working on contracts, data protection, and risk management in collaboration with external advisors.
• They oversee HR and team operations, including onboarding, contracts, payroll, and workplace policies to support a positive employee experience.
• They support general administration, managing day-to-day needs such as office organisation, supplier relations and internal coordination.
