The position

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Data & Reconciliation

  • Support reconciliation of revenue data between CRM, accounting, and reporting systems.

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial and sales-related data.

  • Assist in maintaining standardized data naming, properties, and validation rules.

2. Reporting & Analytics

  • Help prepare dashboards and reports tracking revenue, MQLs/SQLs, and team performance.

  • Provide insights to Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams to support decision-making.

  • Assist in monitoring KPIs, including CAC, conversion rates, and revenue metrics.

3. Operations & Process Support

  • Support automation and workflow setups that impact financial tracking (e.g., deal stages, commissions, onboarding tasks).

  • Help audit CRM and other systems to maintain data quality and integrity.

  • Assist in documenting processes and maintaining operational logs for Finance and Revenue teams.


Preferred experience

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Analytical mindset and interest in finance and data.

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRMs, and reporting tools.

  • SQL would be a plus

  • Collaborative and proactive attitude.
