The position

Job description

N.B : Role based in Paris

Your role:

Develop Naboo’s offering :

  • Seek out new venues and services (catering, transportation, activities)

  • Manage relationships with hosts and service providers

  • Create and update content related to venues and services

  • Ensure the quality and competitiveness of Naboo’s offering

Manage events for trips sold :

  • Respond quickly to customer requests

  • Look for services that will WOW customers !

  • Prepare trips in collaboration with customers and service providers

  • Monitor trips and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Manage Naboo’s margin on each trip

  • Manage the administration of trips sold

Suggest improvements to internal work processes

Help train new employees

Participate in product development and discussions about Naboo’s strategy

Preferred experience

  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills

  • You speak two languages fluently

Recruitment process

  • Step 1: Video call with a team member (15 minutes)
