Mission of the Role:
As an Early-Career & Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a hybrid role at the intersection of early-career hiring, technical recruitment, and operational roles. You’ll help scale Nabla’s engineering and technical teams while ensuring a strong early-career pipeline: interns, apprentices, and junior talent who will grow with us.
You will coordinate processes, support recruiting operations, manage candidate interactions, and act as an internal partner to engineering, product, data, and operations teams. This is a unique opportunity to help build a world-class technical organization while shaping the next generation of talent at Nabla.
Your work will directly impact how quickly and effectively we build the AI products that clinicians rely on every day.
Key Responsibilities:
Early-Career Hiring
Build and manage internship, apprenticeship, and junior-level hiring programs.
Own scheduling, candidate communication, interview coordination, and onboarding logistics.
Partner with hiring managers to define early-career role needs and build strong, diverse talent pipelines.
Develop partnerships with universities, engineering schools, and early-career communities.
Support full-cycle recruiting for engineering, data, product, and ML/AI roles.
Source and engage technical talent using creative outreach strategies.
Maintain strong candidate experience throughout the process, ensuring transparency and professionalism.
Represent Nabla’s technical culture, mission, and product challenges to candidates.
Maintain ATS structure, data accuracy, dashboards, and documentation (Ashby experience a plus).
Identify operational inefficiencies and propose scalable solutions.
Assist with internal processes training coordination, and general recruiting-related administration.
Your DNA:
3–5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including exposure to early-career hiring and technical roles.
Strong organizational and administrative skills; capable of managing multiple processes simultaneously.
A proactive mindset with strong ownership and autonomy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; known for candidate empathy.
Experience partnering with engineering or technical stakeholders.
Comfortable using AI-powered tools, automation, and modern recruiting platforms.
(Nice to have) Experience with Ashby or similar ATS tools for structured, data-driven recruiting workflows.
