Your Role at Nabla

Nabla’s Strategy and Operations team combines pragmatism and action with strategic foresight — anticipating what comes next. Our team works at the intersection of go-to-market, business, partnership, and product, to ensure that we scale efficiently while staying true to our mission: bringing the best of AI into healthcare. The StratOps team partners directly with leadership functions to define priorities, structure execution, and unlock new opportunities from international expansion to operational scaling and corporate development.

You’ll play a pivotal role in defining and executing the company’s strategic direction, with a strong emphasis on corporate and business development and revenue growth. You’ll collaborate with the co-founders, CPO and VP of Sales to identify new opportunities, structure strategic partnerships, and drive initiatives that strengthen our market position and accelerate scalable growth.

This highly cross-functional role is best suited for someone who brings structure and clarity to fast-moving environments, enjoys solving complex challenges and thrives in ambiguity.

This role is full-time and open to NYC-based candidates only (expectation to work in-person 3-4 days per week, with some remote flexibility)

What You'll Do:

  • Cross-Functional Execution & Ops

    • Enhance cross-functional workflow across Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, Clinical Team and Product to improve efficiency and alignment.

    • Build scalable infrastructure to support rapid growth.

    • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions.

  • Go-To-Market (GTM)

    • Optimize our go-to-market strategy by defining clear short- and long-term goals and measurable outcomes.

    • Identify and unlock strategic opportunities and partnerships to accelerate growth.

    • Support pricing, packaging, and segmentation strategies tailored to the U.S. market.

  • Strategic Partnerships & M&A

    • Identify and evaluate potential partners aligned with the product roadmap (e.g., coding, charting).

    • Pursue opportunities that accelerate product development, strengthen hiring capabilities, and drive customer acquisition.

    • Identify M&A opportunities to evaluate strategic options for Nabla’s growth.

  • Strategic Support

    • Provide insights on the US healthcare landscape and evolving customer needs.

    • Turn competitive intelligence into strategic advantage for Nabla.

Your DNA:

Minimum qualifications

  • 8-10+ years experience in tech scale-up, startup, or top-tier consulting

  • Strategic problem solver who can zoom out and dive deep

  • Doer mindset who can be hands on and

  • Healthcare expertise with deep knowledge of systems & organizations

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; able to juggle multiple priorities

  • Excellent communicator & collaborator, influencing across teams and levels

  • Self-starter in ambiguity, with strong ownership and adaptability

Preferred qualifications

  • Direct experience in a high-growth, post-Series B/C scale-up environment

  • Exposure to international teams and cross-border operations

  • Experience in M&A, corporate development, or market expansion strategy

  • MBA or advanced degree a plus
