We’re looking for a Founders Associate (some people call this role "Right-Hand to the Founders") to join us on our journey to revolutionize healthcare to restore the joy of medicine. You’ll work directly with Nabla’s cofounders on high-impact priorities, from unlocking new growth opportunities to streamlining strategy and building internal processes to keep us moving fast while scaling faster.
As a close collaborator to Nabla’s cofounders, you’ll be exposed to high-level decision-making and take part in key strategic projects across business, product, operations, and growth.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, learns quickly, and is excited to get a front-row seat to what it takes to build and scale a tech company with a product that makes sense.
Founder Support & Strategic Operations
Support the cofounders in their day-to-day activities (e.g. meeting preparation, briefs, project tracking).
Participate in top management meetings, help identify top priorities across the company and follow through with cross-functional teams to ensure execution.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Support the Strategy & Operations team on high-priority projects that require cross-functional coordination.
Work with Product, Marketing, and People teams to align efforts and accelerate execution.
Act as a versatile point of contact between the founders and various functions within the company.
Internal & External Communication
Prepare and structure content for key internal meetings (e.g. team milestones, Q&As, company offsites).
Support the drafting of materials for external stakeholders, such as board meetings or partner presentations.
Help maintain clear documentation and communication flows across teams.

You’ve completed at least one prior internship, ideally in a fast-paced environment (startup, scale-up, or VC).
Your fluent in oral and written communication in French and English.

You’re a strong communicator, comfortable working independently and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

No previous experience in healthcare is required.
