The position

Started in France in 2016, Mytraffic mission is to empower commerce professionals with the best location analytics and insights to be smarter every day and design the best experiences in physical locations.

We already serve more than 500 customers in many different sectors (Retail, Real Estate, Consulting Companies, Cities…) all over Europe to help them expand their businesses, analyze or predict performances of investments, understand their customers’ habits, benchmark their results with competition… Mytraffic is a hyper growing scale up (+110%/year) supported by 30 Millions € Series B fundraising round with Axa Venture Partners, Alven and Kernel Investissements in November 2022 to finance its European expansion.

In January 2024, Mytraffic announced the strategic acquisition of the Spanish start up Geoblink, becoming Europe's premier location intelligence platform.

In a time of technological transition (AI boom), we’re launching our " Sales Next Level" plan to transform our Sales team into a high-performing powerhouse. The role of Sales Enabler will be key in driving this transformation.

🎯 The Role :
We’re looking for a passionate Revenue Enabler to become the architect of our sales team’s performance. You’ll be the guardian of operational excellence and the driving force behind upskilling our commercial teams.

Your mission: free up our salespeople’s time by providing them with a complete setup, allowing them to focus on what truly matters — becoming product experts and nailing their customer meetings.

💼  To give you more details about your day-to-day at MyTraffic :

🎓 Build – Training & Certification

Design and deploy (together with PM & Ops) mandatory training sessions on:
- Product (both for csm & sales)
- Tools (first for sales and then for CSM as we have a breach to gap on the sales side).
- Processes (first for sales and then for CSM as we have a breach to gap on the sales side).

Create and develop a post-training certification system.
Reshape the current playbooks on all sales processes (outbound, discovery..)
Create tailored enablement materials: decks, Modjo sessions, libraries.
Build a ready-to-use environment: tools, templates, optimized processes.

📚 Run – Ongoing Enablement

Ensure continuous enablement

Guarantee proper adoption of new features with tailored support.

Develop specialized training with internal or external speakers on specific topics (e.g., optimizing first meetings to maximize impact and value)/ custom for individual with specific needs.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

Regularly update materials, training, and certifications.

      🤝 Collaboration

      Act as the bridge between Product/BV teams and Sales/CSM.

      Collaborate with Ops teams on tools.

      After leveling up the sales enablement, work closely with Customer Success leadership to ensure enablement covers the full revenue lifecycle.

        📊 Measurement & Optimization

        Measure the effectiveness of training programs using performance KPIs.

        Identify skill gaps and adapt programs accordingly.

        Analyze the adoption of tools and processes to optimize support and enablement.

            🫵 About you  :

            🎯 Experience

            3-5 years’ experience in Sales Enablement, sales training, or similar roles.

            Experience in a SaaS/Tech environment highly valued.

            Knowledge of modern sales tools (CRM, Modjo, etc.).

              💪 Key Skills

              French and English mandatory; Spanish is a plus.

              Pedagogy: ability to simplify complex concepts and create engaging training.

              Rigor: ability to build structured and scalable processes.

              Collaboration: ease in working with cross-functional teams.
