Job description

As our Head of Talent Acquisition, you will own recruitment for us globally, partnering with Hiring Managers and offering innovative and creative advice and solutions on how to attract and recruit the best talent available.

Missions 

Manage the Talent Team & become our talent expert

  • Manage an existing team of 2 recruiters (+RPO) and report directly to our Chief People and Talent Officer. Build a team adapted to our business needs by defining a hiring capacity strategy. 

  • Be responsible for expanding, coaching, training, and mentoring your team. 

  • Define and drive the team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring, and candidate satisfaction.

  • Be our internal expert in talent acquisition, and also the face of the business on hiring matters in local geographies. 

  • Remain operationally strong in recruiting our VP/C-Level talents. 

  • Represent MyTraffic within the French Talent community at various conferences and/or events. 

Implement a global talent strategy to attract the best talents

  • Define recruitment vision together with the Chief People and Talent Officer, and work out an actionable rollout plan for the year to come; this includes defining yearly and quarterly OKRs for you and your Team, to follow and reach. Implement a solid system for monitoring recruitment performance and set KPIs.

  • Develop & analyze our recruitment metrics, and use your knowledge, market insights, numbers, and analysis to continually refine & improve the talent acquisition process across the whole company. 

  • Develop and deliver a global talent attraction strategy including strategic use of the MyTraffic careers page, and our hiring social channels ( LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Welcome To The Jungle). 

  • Create and implement tools to support your day-to-day mission and help to develop a strong employer brand, working together with our Chief People and Talent Officer and our Marketing Team:

    • Oversee and deliver all employer brand initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

    • Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of our company. 

  • Build diverse candidate pools, and create initiatives to attract and retain diverse talent.

Ensure an efficient hiring process through strong key metrics & a perfect candidate experience 

  • Build an efficient hiring machine for us to scale with enhanced closing rates, recruitment lead time reduced, and capacity to reach out to the best talents across Europe: Help us become A-Player in sourcing the best talents

  • Manages the ATS and recruitment technology tools 

  • Ensure a successful candidate experience from start to finish: designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring best practices that support a strong candidate experience. 

  • Ensure the global hiring process is delivered at the highest of standards while being diverse and inclusive:

    • Continuously review our process to drive improvements and change (ie use of automation tools)

    • Coach hiring managers in defining best-in-class case studies 

    • Automate the recruitment process from job posting going live through to onboarding

    • Owning all hiring processes - setting high standards for speed and quality

  • Work towards turning employees into brand ambassadors by creating programs and activities to boost our digital footprint

  • Work with the People team to deliver a seamless onboarding process for all joiners 

  • Manage recruitment budget, including defining strategy in using external support (RPO, hunting firms)

  • Define and lead all strategic projects that will help us achieve our ambitious targets with a continuous improvement mindset (campus management strategy, employer branding, referral strategy…).

Recruitment process

You’ll first meet Aurélie, Intérim Head of TAM to better understand your resume and answer your first questions - 30min/45

You’ll then have a visio with Gilliane, Chief People & Talent office - to deep dive into your past experiences - 1h

You’ll then work on a case study and discuss it with Gilliane & Justine - 1h30.

1 Tech & 1 Head of Sales during the values interview - 1h

You’ll then have a call or coffee with Gautier or Hakim (both cofounders) - 30min/45.
