Their story

It was during an exchange with the CEO of La Fabrique - Cookies that Hakim and Gautier, the founders of Mytraffic, identified a major problem in the retail sector: how to make the best decisions in physical commerce, when no traffic data is accessible? Since 2016, Hakim and Gautier have set themselves the goal of making pedestrian and vehicle traffic data accessible, reliable, and actionable to improve the performance of all physical networks. After many hours of R&D and counting in the streets, the Mytraffic solution was born. Today, Mytraffic has more than 350 international customers and continues to grow thanks to a team of more than 100 employees.

Their vision

Mytraffic is a hyper-growth scale-up supported by a €30 million Series B from Axa Venture Partners, ALVEN and KERNEL Investissements in November 2022 to continue the development of their platform and finance their international deployment.

Their ambition is to quickly become the European leader in data solutions for commercial real estate. They are now present in 7 different countries (France, UK, Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands) and do not intend to stop there. After having doubled their staff in 1 year, their goal is to recruit 350 new Mytraffickers by the end of 2023.

Mytraffic has launched Citizen days to increase its social impact.

They now offer 4 days/year to each employee to get involved in an association.

To help their employees find the right mission, they have provided them with a great engagement platform, Day one, which references over 100 associations and 300 solidarity actions. ㅤ


Mytraffic employees came to the aid of families in difficulty thanks to the Mamama association. MaMaMa distributes food parcels and basic hygiene products to help children. These packages are distributed directly to mothers in a private setting. Employees have prepared clothing packages for children aged 0 to 3 years as well as packages including baby bottles sent directly to Moldova for refugees from the war in Ukraine.

We had a great time all together helping families in need through two different activities.
