Presentation
My Major is a collective of independent headhunters who work from all over Europe for e-health & medtech start-ups in France, Switzerland and Germany with a single mission: recruiting is great, but it is by bringing content and jumping in with both feet that we will help our clients meet their challenges.
They also produce The Majors, a 100% video media that talks about the men and women who are disrupting health. Each week they broadcast the interview of a new founder or researcher in a style that is quite similar to the social media clips of Brut or Kombini. The aim is to highlight the best of what made in France / Switzerland / Germany is doing for health and the healthcare pathway.
What they are looking for
MY MAJOR / Recruitment : As part of the development of their Tech & Health recruitment activities in Europe, they are looking for experienced or aspiring recruiters to become real headhunters capable of working in three areas:
- To approach, map and appropriate a sector to become a specialist and to be able to transmit a passion, a sensitivity and a real added value to potential candidates.
- Sourcing efficiently and methodically through a contact database and social networks by direct and systematic approach in Europe (France, DACH, Benelux).
- Conducting effective interviews that provide added value and sectoral expertise to your contacts, as well as relevant follow-up until the signing of a job offer.
THE MAJORS / Content creation : They are looking for profiles ready to invest in the creation of tech and scientific content oriented towards Health: videos, animation of networks of contributors for articles, newsletters etc. The ability to work in a fully remotivated company and a fluent level of English are the only prerequisites to join their team.
Good to know
My Major and The Majors staff and contributors work together from 8 French regions and 4 countries. However, working remotely does not mean working alone. That’s why, every day, all the teams work 2 to 3 times in teams and meet in person once a month for a few days of co-living.
Latest destinations: Biarritz, Montpellier, Paris, Lausanne, Strasbourg..
