At MWM, our goals is to rapidly expand our product line and radically increase its quality. Therefore, we’re looking for someone with significant expertise in product management, PO team management, excellent analytical skills, and absolute creativity.
In this role, you’ll be involved in the product strategy from beginning to end. You’ll participe in plannings, defining and delivering amazing apps in cross collaboration with marketing, design, UA and developers teams. You will lead our innovation on a portfolio of fast-growing apps and track their performance.

Responsibilities:

• You will manage products roadmap by landing existing goals and identifying new opportunities based on trends and market demand
• You will help to define the product strategy and the roadmap with ambition, rationality and pragmatism, aligned with the company goals
• You will lead an amazing team of product owners, coach them and cultivate an ambitious and fantastic atmosphere within the team
• You will define and analyze user metrics that inform and track the success of product with a very data-driven mindset.
• You will work closely with developers team in Agile environment to create features that enhance the product and designers creating simple, elegant, impactful experiences
• You will constantly benchmark direct competitors as well as study the market, looking for new opportunities

🧐About you

Must Have:

• You have a true passion for mobile apps
• You have previous working experience in team management
• You have a good leadership and an entrepreneurial spirit
• You have organizational and analytical skills
• You have solid knowledge of mobile application trends and features, platform specific behaviours and best practices
• You have strong analytic skills with extensive experience working with mobile analytics tool
• You have excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills both in French and English

Nice to Have:

• You have previous working experience in a startup environment
• You have a track record of successful app launches
• You have basic technical knowledge (API logics, iOS native elements, release process)
