Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Training Project Manager to join our team and lead high-profile educational projects and corporate Academies. As a leading consulting and training firm, our goal is to deliver excellence, proactivity, and results-oriented solutions to help our clients and their networks achieve ambitious growth targets.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for the project’s strategic start-up and ongoing management. You will act as a bridge between internal resources, external agencies, and the Client, ensuring that all training activities comply with the highest industry standards.

What will you be doing on a daily basis?

  • Project Leadership: Develop comprehensive project plans and ensure the achievement of defined targets and KPIs for the reference market.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate relations with various client contacts and lead regular project review meetings with both internal teams and customer management.
  • Team Coordination: Manage and inspire a team of resources (including technical trainers and coordinators) to ensure seamless execution of training programs.
  • Innovation: Act as a proactive consultant for the Client, proposing creative and high-impact training solutions.
  • Reporting & Feedback: Ensure timely and accurate reporting using dedicated tools and templates, maintaining full transparency on project progress.
  • Operational Oversight: Supervise the retrieval of assets and supports needed for technical and product training, coordinating all cross-cutting educational planning.

Working Pattern & Location

  • Location: Milan or Rome (depending on project assignment).
  • Work Mode: Hybrid (Office/Client Site and Remote work).

Preferred experience

  • Education: Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record in training management, ideally within the automotive or highly structured industrial sectors.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership vision, initiative, and the ability to work independently. You excel in negotiation, conflict management, and customer care.
  • Methodology: Solid knowledge of modern training and coaching methodologies.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech Savvy: High level of computer literacy, with advanced proficiency in MS Office.
  • Languages: Fluent in both Italian and English (mandatory).
