Job Description

We are currently seeking an Technical Helpdesk Specialist to join our customer's technical team in Budapest. This role plays a key part in supporting service operations across Poland, Ukraine, and the Baltic region, with a strong focus on analyzing and resolving technical issues related to commercial vehicles. By ensuring swift and accurate diagnostics, you’ll help maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

What you will be doing as an Automotive Technical Helpdesk Specialist:

  • Supporting the dealer network to solve technical problems related. (Supporting complex, technical problem-solving in diagnostics.)
  • Close cooperation with the technicians of the workshops and trades, - support of repair instructions through predefined communication channels.
  • Develop and find out solutions due to the product palette of the brand and having some experience in the workshop area.
  • Have contact between the manufacturer and the dealers

Preferred experience

  • Technical education (secondary or higher, including ongoing studies) in automotive engineering, electromechanics, mechatronics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a workshop or dealership environment is highly valued.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and heavy-duty vehicle systems.
  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) for cross-market collaboration.
  • Familiarity with alternative fuel technologies (e.g., CNG, LNG, electric) is a plus.
  • Diagnostic mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • At least 2S or preferably 3S qualified in very well trained in high voltage.
  • Valid Category B driving license.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
