We are looking for our next Receptionist for our training department for a prestigious Academy. The goal is to provide a high degree of quality, proactivity and results orientation so that our client and its dealer network achieve all their goals.

 

Acting as a leading coaching, training and consulting company in the automotive industry, we are recruiting experienced professionals capable to identify the needs, to manage the preparation of trainings and to organize the training comply with the standards of the Brand.

 

 

The Role

 

Reception and front office for participants, trainers, and all employees who need access to the Training Center

Building access register

Preparation of course access materials: badges and signature sheets

Preparation of materials for classroom courses

Contacting Training Managers to collect information on absent attendees

Supporting registration activities on the training portal (LMS): closing sessions and course registrations

Checking and arranging training materials (briefcases) for trainer commercial classrooms

Opening tickets for: facility management for classroom set-up, material moving

Paper archiving of signature sheets

Contact with Organizational Secretariat for everything related to course participants: absences, tardiness, late entries and early exits.

 

Working pattern:

40 hours per week

Monday – Friday

Milan, customer's site


Preferred experience

We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results.

 

Degree in Communication or similar;

Precision and attention to detail;

Accuracy and personal organization;

Initiative and independence;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

High level of computer literacy, especially MS Office;

Language’s skills: Fluent Italian and Good English
