Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused, proactive Inside Sales & Support Agent to optimize lead conversion and enhance sales distribution processes. This role blends outbound sales efforts with dealership support, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

  • Lead Management: Qualify high-potential leads and engage with customers via calls, emails, and chats
  • Dealer Assistance: Support dealerships with vehicle distribution, transport, documentation, and logistics
  • CRM & Sales Optimization Maintain accurate records and drive lead-to-sales conversion

Preferred experience

  • Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development
  • Customer service expert with strong communication and commercial skills
  • Fluent in Czech & English (at least B2 level)
  • Skilled in CRM tools, MS Office, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
