Job Description

Are you our new Fleet Parts Consultant?

As part of our team, you will act as a link between our Automotive partner and its B2B clients. Your key tasks will be:

• Reception of quotation requests through email or software of B2B clients   
• Handling of the requests through DMS  
• Assignment of the request to the dedicated workshop through email and DMS
• Technical Support to our customer warehouses
• Invocing support
• Performance analysis and presentation

Who are you?

We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results. Our ideal Fleet Parts consultant has a at list High School Diploma (bachelor’s degree is a plus) as well as:

• Computer literacy, especially MS Office and DMS
• Italian native speaker level (a good level of English is an asset) 
• Previous experience in automotive authority or spare parts quotation department

Your working pattern

• Rome
• Monday-Friday
• 40 hours per week
