As a smart Electric Vehicle Consultant Trainee, you will be the first contact for smart authorized service partners in aftersales topics—supporting retailers with warranty assessments, and systems support. Your expertise and dedication will ensure outstanding service delivery, helping retailers resolve requests efficiently and successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warranty Support:
    • Manage day-to-day warranty claims in line with KPIs, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance.
    • Assess and follow up on retailer warranty claims and pre-authorizations submitted electronically.
    • Process and evaluate non-warranty cases (e.g., roadside assistance provider claims, retailer claims for service packages).
    • Collaborate with senior team members on complex cases and ongoing analyses.
    • Communicate with retailers and dealers primarily in writing, providing clear, professional updates and guidance.

       

  • Aftersales Process Support
    • Respond to retailer inquiries related to smart workshop processes.
    • Guide retailers on how and where to locate relevant information and documentation.
    • Advise retailers on warranty and policy procedures, including specific claim and pre-approval issues.

       
  • Systems Support
    • Manage user access for smart aftersales systems.
    • Respond to inquiries about system features and functionalities.
    • Liaise with smart IT, following the defined escalation process to resolve issues.

Preferred experience

  • You have an active university student status in Hungary (preferably in the field of engineering)
  • You are interested or have some experience in the automotive industry and/or automotive technology
  • You are fluent in ENGLISH (must have) and German (must have)
  • You have strong communication, organizational and time-management skills
  • You have excellent attention to detail and pride yourself on being punctual/ reliable
