The position

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day order operations, including order updates, cancellations, and issue resolution in collaboration with logistics teams.

  • Assist in partner management by maintaining accurate information, ensuring timely communication, and contributing to a positive partner experience.

  • Handle customer and product inquiries, ensuring professional and solution-oriented responses.

  • Coordinate returns and after-sales processes, ensuring compliance with internal standards and partner expectations.

  • Contribute to market and competitor analysis, supporting the team with relevant insights and reports


Preferred experience

  • We’re looking for an intern to:

    - Analyze and bring fresh insights on the market

    - Manage operations with precision

    - Communicate effectively across teams

    💡 Ideal for those with a deep understanding of asian market, strong analytical skills, and a proactive mindset.

  • Master’s student

  • A first experience in sales or data analysis would be a plus

  • A good knowledge of the luxury market

  • Very comfortable with numbers

  • Organized and detail-oriented

  • Languages: English, French, Korean (plus)
