It supplies 16 brands and more than 500 kinds of products on the Czech and Slovak markets. Their product portfolio includes love brands such as the Milka and Toblerone chocolates, Oreo cookies, BeBe Dobré ráno biscuits, or Brumík soft pastry. And do not forget the local Opavia, Fidorka, Figaro, and Tatranky brands, and Kolonáda spa wafers.

Job description

Main responsibilities:
• Support all blue-collar workers and be their main point of contact regarding HR topics
• Maintain and update HR policies, make sure all data in the system is accurate
• Cooperate closely with managers and act as business partner
• Manage blue collar workers recruitment and cooperate with external employment agencies
• Plan trainings and organize other education-related events

Preferred experience

• At least 1 year of experience in HR
• University Degree in HR or Economics is an advantage
• Fluent Czech or Slovak language and communicative English language (B2 level)
• MS Office knowledge
• Great communication and organizational skills
• Flexible and self-driven personality
• Knowledge of Czech legislation is a huge advantage
