Since their creation in January 2020, more than 100 companies (L’Oreal, Spendesk, Qonto, Engie, Castalie, etc.) have joined moka.care, and they now have over 15,000 employees covered in France but also throughout the world!

While always keeping a sustainable vision of team growth, their team is growing fast, with already 60 people onboard! They are not stopping there and want their team to keep growing as their product, to help them make mental health accessible to as many people as possible, and to become the European leader.

They have raised 17,5 million euros to help companies take care of the mental health of their employees and create healthy organizations.

Their investment fund is called Left Lane Capital and comes from the US!
They are experts in their field and will bring us a lot of knowledge on scaling great companies.

🧑‍💻 Why do we need you?

As part of the product team, you will be responsible for creating communication materials and producing content while ensuring quality. You will work directly with Pauline (Product Marketing Manager) but also with the different teams to meet their needs in terms of content and communication materials on a large range of topics.

Daily you will :

Be in charge of creating marketing and communication materials to help the teams bring value to our customers:

- Dig into the needs and be proactive to create content and communication materials

- Think, design, and produce videos, visuals, slides, email campaigns, according to the needs

-Monitor best practices

-Write key messages

-Find the best formats to deliver messages

-Design

-Create engaging social media content to highlight our offer value and product features, and collaborate with the marketing team for the publication.

-Work side by side with different teams to ensure the quality and impact of all the supports.

📇 You’re the ideal person if:

  • You have experience with at least one video editing or visual design tool (iMovie, Adobe Premiere, PlayPlay, InDesign, Figma...)
  • You have excellent writing skills
  • You have a strong interest in product marketing and product
  • Creative mindset and full of new ideas to set up
  • You have a first experience in a company and/or have had first contact with the world of start-ups
  • Fluent in English and French, English native or near-native is plus.
