🧑💻 Why do we need you?
We are growing and have more and more international partners. At moka.care we want to support each of our members in the best possible way! That's why, we are looking for a an English or German-speaking counsellor to take care of our non-French members. We really need someone who speaks at least both french and english fluently.
You will work directly with Maguelonne (Head of Operations), and join Aurélie, Margaux, Hanna, Céline, Souha, Louise and Paula.
Daily you will :
Support our client facing activities:
- You will do “orientation calls” with our members: provide them with advice on how to choose the best practitioner for them and answering their questions on psychology, coaching or therapy
- You will attend a few calls with our clients to understand better their needs, refine our content to match their needs and support them in some mental health issues where they need support
- You will be in charge to deal with crisis managment calls
Help us to earn the love of the practitioners working with us:
- You will support their recruitment and their onboarding
- You will support the team on a number of activities aiming to engage practitioners and make them loyal to moka. You will make recommendations on what we could do to be more attractive to them and will help to implement these recommendations.
You will promote the mental health expertise of moka:
- You will develop related content (audios, articles etc.)
- You will animate collective sessions
- You will guide the moka team when building our product and support
