Missions 🎯

In direct connection with Stephanie, our Head of People & Admin, and Jérémie, our Engineering Manager, you will be a key contributor to help us build our team in order to support our growth and ambitious goals in terms of impact and revenue.

To do so, you will:

  • Actively source the most relevant profiles on dedicated platforms and networks by implementing innovative strategies to attract candidates.
  • Accompany and advise hiring managers on the development of the need and the recruitment strategy so that it is adapted to the profile sought.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Communicate through reports on the progress of recruitments and our performance
  • Challenge the existing recruitment process in a spirit of continuous improvement
  • Participate in the development of our employer brand from a Tech perspective

  • At least 3+ years of experience in tech talent acquisition in a start-up/scale-up environment
  • You know the best sourcing methods and you know how to find very well hidden profiles!
  • You like to understand the technical issues of a position and then sell the project in an interview
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to establish contact with over-solicited profiles on a daily basis
  • You are organized and know how to manage several processes in a masterly way
  • You are passionate about the tech world, you love to read the latest medium or GitHub article
  • You are a high-energy doer, quick thinker and an excellent team player
  • Full professional proficiency in English, spoken and written
  • Fluent French, spoken and written a plus

Hiring process ⚙️

  • Screening call Recruiter - 30 min - remote
  • Screening call hiring Manager - 30 min - remote
  • Collaboration test - 2 hours - remote or in-person at our Paris office
  • In-depth interview with the founders - 2 hours - remote or in-person at our Paris office
  • Finalization step: Ref. checks & proposition call
    In parallel of the last step, we propose you to meet the team (different collaborators of different departments). - by visio call (30mn per person) or coffee at the office to ask them all the pending questions & get to know your future colleagues
